Software Asset Management Senior Analyst

As a Senior Analyst in Software Asset Management, you will lead our team to optimize our software investments and ensure compliance. With your expertise in IT software licensing principles and passion for technology, you will effectively communicate your ideas and solutions while applying excellent understanding of SAM processes.

Requirements

• Have a BSC computer science degree or equivalent
• Have 3-5 years of experience in a Software Asset Management position
• Must have strong understanding of SNOW/ServiceNow Configurations
• Must have experience writing scripts, building/running database queries, and developing reports and dashboards
• Have experience with Cloud technologies and an excellent understanding of the software asset management process
• Have exceptional understanding of IT software licensing principles
• Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and identify areas for process improvement
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and utilize various Software Asset Management Tools
