Software Development Engineer 4

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development, specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Enterprise Agile Planning (EAP), and Agile Development 2.0 plugin.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Proficient in ServiceNow development languages (JavaScript, Glide Script, etc.).
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
• Extensive knowledge of SPM modules including configuration, customization, automations and integrations with other global/external tools like Jira, Confluence, GitHub.
• Hands on experience working with Service Now CMDB and understanding of how the Service Now modules are interconnected.
