We are looking for an experienced Software Development Engineer with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Asset Management, and platform customizations. You’ll play a critical role in developing and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that align with our enterprise service strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request)
- Solid experience in ITOM components (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
- Proven experience with Asset Management and lifecycle automation
- Skilled in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting techniques
- Familiar with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- At least one advanced ServiceNow certification (e.g., CIS – ITSM or ITOM)
