Requirements

• 6 + years of related experience
• BA/BS with 10+ years of experience, or MS with 5+ years of experience
• IAT Level II or III Baseline Certification
• Computing Environment (CE) Certificate
• 7+ Years experience as a Software Engineer
• Experience being self-directed and responsible for deliverables
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Experience building Software engineering teams, providing mentoring and professional direction for project-related tasks.
• Solid foundation in engineering methodologies and best practices
• Solid foundation in ServiceNow and MS356 Power platform
• Firm understanding of using automates testing for software applications.
• Prior experience delivering Power-BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and.Net user-facing applications and experienced all phases of development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working in a collaborative environment
• Ability to build, lead, mentor, and lead multiple teams of Software engineers.
• Able to work collaboratively with engineering partners.
• Passion for making and playing games.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and team-oriented; must be able to interact and collaborate with all departments and teams.
• Self-sufficient and self-motivated; can perform duties with little oversight.
• DoD 8570 compliant
• Up to 10% travel is required
• Interim SECRET clearance to start, ability to obtain and maintain TOP SECRET clearance and SCI access
• IAT Level II or III Baseline Certification (CISSP, CISM, Security+).
• IT Service Management Certification (ITIL v4).
