Job Summary: Software Engineer II A - GBS IND position at Bank of America in Chennai, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing next-generation Service Management policies, processes, and solutions.
Requirements
- B.E/BTech Comp Science, M.C.A
- 9-14 years of experience
- Experience in ServiceNow Platform operations
- Experience in highly regulated IT lifecycle management
- Experience building and managing IT solutions
- Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations for security, risk, and compliance
- Experience leveraging MID servers for integration and automation
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS
- Experience with custom REST/SOAP APIs (web services)
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and other Configuration Management Database (CMDB)population toolsets
- Experience with CMDB design and implementation
- Experience with ITIL Operations Application design and implementation
- Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements
