The Software Engineer II develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based on documented requirements. Reviews and tests software components, resolves software problems, and provides input to system design.
Requirements
- Process Development (PD), Software Components, Software Design, Software Development, Software Systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Two (2) years experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Four (4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery
- 0-3 years of ServiceNow experience
