The role involves designing, implementing, and managing next-generation ServiceNow policies, processes, and solutions to ensure stable, resilient, and available technology services to customers and employees.

Requirements

• B.E/BTech Comp Science, M.C.A
• 9-14 years of experience in ServiceNow Cloud platforms, designing and implementing ServiceNow products, continuous integration, and IT lifecycle management
• Experience in highly regulated IT lifecycle management, IT solutions, ServiceNow platform management, data management, configuration and implementation, custom development, infrastructure management, and hosting
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Configuration Management Database (CMDB) population toolsets, CMDB design and implementation, ITIL Operations Application design and implementation, front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JS, and custom REST/SOAP APIs (web services)
