The Software Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the product lifecycle of CAD in the customer, in relation to central IT subsystems. They will support customer activations, configure adjustments as needed, and contribute to the project team with their IT knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree related
- Intermediate English proficiency
- 1-3 years of studies or related work experience
- Problem-solving experience
- Database management: SQL Server, SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Certifications of value in IT such as VMware, Microsoft Administration, or others
- Monitoring or support of network protocols: VPN, MPLS, BGP, VoIP, SIP
- Experience in the administration of Microsoft CRM solutions, antivirus, and backup
- Experience in network monitoring with Nagios, Zabbix, Solarwinds, Federos, PagerDuty, or other monitoring solution
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or other ITSM platform
