We are hiring for a Solution Architect – ITOM, ITSM who will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of IT Services and proven business architecture experience
  • Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert level proficiency with ITOM/CMDB product line
  • Experience with implementing integrations with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB process
  • Experience with key technologies relevant to ServiceNow integration solutions
  • Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform
  • Collaboration with customers is something you love to do!
  • Thrives in strategic planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment!
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, and/or equivalent work experience
  • ServiceNow CIS and/or CSA certifications (preferred)
