Solution Architect

ServiceNow is looking for a Solution Architect to consult with customers on implementing ServiceNow Workflow solutions. The role requires a functional and technical expert with experience in complex technology implementation, customer-centric mentality, and strong communication skills. The Solution Architect will work with customers and partners to accelerate and drive business outcomes, and will also enable and mentor other members of the ServiceNow delivery team and partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• At least 12 years of consultation and/or configuration experience related to implementing complex, highly-capable, technologies
• At least 5 years of advisory consultation experience related to implementing across multiple ServiceNow Workflow solutions
• Vast experience with leading creator, integration, software/platform experience
• ServiceNow Certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, ITSM Certified Implementation Specialist, CSM Certified Implementation Specialist, Service Provider Implementer, Core Platform micro-certifications)
• Desired ServiceNow Certifications (Certified Technical Architect)
