Solution Architect, ServiceNow

Kinaxis is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with significant experience on the ServiceNow platform to lead the design, development, and governance of our ServiceNow ecosystem and related systems/integrations. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, ensuring the solutions align with enterprise IT strategy, drives innovation, and supports business objectives.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of functional/professional experience focused on ServiceNow Platform architecture and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Master's degree in computer science, Systems Science or Software Engineering (preferred).
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) (preferred), ITIL v4 (preferred).
