The Solution Sales Executive will oversee market success of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry Workflows products. The role involves engaging assigned accounts, creating new business, and managing relationships with C-suite personas. The successful candidate will have experience in solution sales, AI integration, and CRM business processes.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Deep experience in solution sales, preferably within a CRM / Customer engagement /Customer Service Management / CX / CPaaS / CCaaS / SOM vendor
  • 7+ years of sales experience within complex software or platform solutions
  • Deep industry knowledge of either Retail, Automotive, Manufacturing
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
