The Solution Sales Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflow products, engaging assigned accounts and creating new business and pipelines across the ServiceNow sales cycle. The role involves developing relationships with C-suite personas, arranging executive discussions, and delivering 'art of the possible' demonstrations to showcase ServiceNow's products and solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor
  • 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for a prospective client
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
