Requirements
- 3+ years of HR Operations / HR Shared Services experience
- BA/BS degree in HR or a related field
- Experience with Workday, SmartRecruiters, or ServiceNow
- Data management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Excel formulas & functionalities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to drive programs independently and build relationships at all levels of the organization
