The Senior Technical Consultant will work with clients, functional and technical teams to drive effective management of ServiceNow ITOM implementations. The role requires strong ownership, innovative problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript)
- CIS-Discovery and(or) CIS-Event Management certification preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to lead a team of consultants and take end-to-end ownership of project implementation tasks
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
