Sr. Business Analyst - ServiceNow

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team and help us deliver world-class solutions using the ServiceNow platform. As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and developers to understand, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, or similar role, in a large and complex IT environment
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) preferred
