Sr. Business Analyst II (5852)

As Sr. Business Analyst II, you'll lead business analysis tasks, including requirements analysis, process improvement, testing, and ServiceNow implementation. You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
• At least 3 years of business analyst experience focused on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Proficiency in process mapping and requirements documentation
• Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and dashboard/report creation
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
