Northern Trust is seeking a Sr. Consultant to support its enterprise risk management function, responsible for risk identification and assessment processes across the lines of defense. The successful candidate will have 9+ years of direct risk management experience and a proven track record in designing, training, and monitoring risk identification and assessment practices.
Requirements
- 9+ years of direct risk management framework experience at a large-scale financial services organization
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing, training, and monitoring enterprise risk identification and assessment practices
- Ability to accurately identify, escalate, and drive actions to mitigate priority risks
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and logically to solve problems and drive risk management enhancements
- Ability to develop strong relationships and build stakeholder alignment on key initiatives
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar Governance risk and Compliance tool
