The Sr Consultant- AI & Automation will design AI & Automation solutions, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to Solution Consulting assignments. The role requires 4+ years of IT Operation experience, 2+ years of Solution Architect experience, and expertise in IT Service management processes and practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of IT Operation (Apps/Infra operations) experience
- At least 2 years of Solution Architect experience
- Proven experience as a solution architect
- Participated in RFP/RFI solution responses and Proposal defense
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Should be open for short term travels
- Knowledge in ITOPS/AIOPS and Automation methodologies/platform trends
- Knowledge in AI/ML, Gen AI and Agentic AI
- Hands on Automation implementation experience
- Knowledge on AIOps tools like ServiceNow ITOM, Moogsoft, ScienceLogic
- Hands on to at least one RPA tool
