Sr. Director, IT Applications

The company is seeking a transformative Head of IT Applications to lead and drive the strategy and execution of our enterprise IT systems. This role will oversee a team of skilled IT systems managers and analysts responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise IT applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in managing and optimizing enterprise IT systems, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Acumatica (or similar)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.
• Comprehensive understanding of system integration and application management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, anticipate trends, and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI.
