We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow developer to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for functional analysis, OOB configuration, technical development, and providing support for ServiceNow ITSM and custom applications.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM suite, CMDB & Assest Management modules
- Strong experience in designing catalog items and developing workflows
- Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
- Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI)
- Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development
- Experience in building and maintaining custom applications
- Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology
- Ability to document technical specifications as user stories and tasks
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Self motivated with keen attention to detail
- Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
