The Sr.HR Manager (Shared Services) is responsible for overseeing HR Shared Services Workstreams, managing global stakeholders, and implementing HR systems and processes. They will lead global improvement projects, ensure compliance and governance, and develop the HR Shared Services team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Global HR Shared Services
- Bachelor’s degree
- Masters/Post Graduate certificate/diploma in HR Management (Preferred)
- Hands on experience working in large scale ERP (Workday, SAP), Master Data/HCM; Case Management Tool (ServiceNow Preferred, SalesForce); ATS, AI Based Sourcing & Screening Tools
- Experience in managing teams in a Shared Services/Client Services setup with relevant experience in customer interaction
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and influence global stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies
- Project management expertise
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily and maintain confidentiality in a mature and nonjudgmental manner
