Ancestry is seeking a Senior Immigration and Mobility Specialist to drive a best-in-class mobility program that balances compliance, efficiency, and a seamless employee experience. The role requires a professional who can navigate complex regulations, provide high-touch advisory support, and drive operational excellence in a global company.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or HR, with a focus on compliance, process optimization, and employee experience.
- Deep expertise in U.S. immigration processes (H-1B, PERM, L-1, TN, O-1, etc.) and familiarity with global mobility frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen, with the ability to align mobility programs to company goals and future growth (IPO readiness a plus!).
- Exceptional communication and advisory skills—able to educate, influence, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, or similar) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
