The Sr. Incident Management Analyst provides specialized investigation and diagnosis on high impact incidents, identifying incident trends and serving as a lead for more complex incidents. This role requires a self-starter and highly motivated individual to coordinate Incident Management and triage efforts, with a focus on identifying underlying issues and providing documentation to Problem Management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support environment
  • ITIL Foundation v3 or higher certification
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification
  • Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification
  • Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification
  • Laptop/Desktop hardware technician certification
  • Microsoft Windows 10 or higher operating system
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • ServiceNow
