Northern Trust is looking for a Senior Lead - Infrastructure Change Manager – Network to oversee the change management process for our Network and Data Center environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all changes to our IT infrastructure are properly assessed, planned, implemented, and reviewed, minimizing risk and maximizing value to the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years focusing on change management
  • Strong understanding of or more of the following: Airwave from Aruba/HP, Cisco DNA, EVE-NG Pro, F5 Load Balancers, Forescout Secure Connector, Infoblox, Illumio, IPAM, Itential, Cisco SSM, Juniper, Checkpoint Maestro, Meraki Wireless Dashboard, SecureCRT, Smart1 MLM, WAN - Packet Broker, Provider-1, PXY Proxy, Smart1 MDS, Silver Peak Orchestrator, Tufin, Azure VPN, SolarWinds, Zscaler
  • Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (Scrum master experience desired but not required)
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
