Sr Machine Learning Quality Engineer

Join ServiceNow's Advanced Technology Group as a Sr Machine Learning Quality Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end quality deliverables for ML/AI products and collaborate with Product and Development teams to define the test strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional experience in quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with testing machine learning systems, including integration testing for end-to-end data workflows and validation testing of model predictions
• Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or custom-built solutions for ML workflows
• Ability to diagnose issues, come up with a strategy for relief, permanent fix and RCA and implement it
• Fluency in a programming language / scripting, experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git
• Experience with different testing techniques, tools, and concepts
