Sr Manager, Machine Learning Engrg Mgmt

Join ServiceNow as a Sr Manager, Machine Learning Engrg Mgmt to lead the Platform and Experience Engineering (PAXE) Group in building intelligent software and smart user experiences using AI and ML. You will manage product development activities, work with cross-functional teams, and solve complex problems.

Requirements

• 9+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent work experience
• Experience in leading/managing software engineering team(s)
• Experience with Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
• Experience in building new products that use AI/ML algorithms
• Experience in Backend technologies and frameworks such as Java/Python/PyTorch
• Experience in Frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, AngularJS
• Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
