Sr. Manager, UX Research, AI

Lead a team of researchers and support research roles, guiding research design and execution to support product development. Mentor team members, review research plans and deliverables, and set research team priorities. Partner with Design Operations and Business Operations to plan and execute processes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in user research methods
• 3+ years of experience growing and managing a team of researchers
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
