Sr Mgr, Data Informatics Mgmt (MDM)

We are seeking a Sr Mgr, Data Informatics Mgmt (MDM) to partner with HQ IT MDM and the BI team to develop a high-quality Data, Analytics delivery, communication and customer engagement model for the delivery of all MDM programs and ongoing data operations. The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering business or IT projects, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering business or IT projects
• Experience in the full lifecycle of Data, Analytics and MDM solutions
• Possess knowledge of internal support systems (e.g., Workday, SFDC, Oracle)
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence
• Experience working with large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver business outcomes
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in managing team(s), demonstrating strong people management skills
• Expertise in working with cross functional teams across different geos
• Excellent communication skills, ability to drive projects across broader geographically disperse team
