The Senior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects, demonstrate commitment to delivering distinctive service, and ensure project goals and objectives align with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years' project management experience in information technology or a related field
- Experience in a legal environment is a plus
- Proven experience managing external service delivery partners to deliver business technology solutions
- Experience working with Project Portfolio Management tools (ServiceNow SPM is preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical associates
- Self-motivated, decisive, and flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills- tact and diplomacy in dealing with both clients and associates
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; PMP certification is a plus
