We are looking for a Sr. ServiceNow Analyst to configure, administer, and script the ServiceNow ITSM tool. The successful candidate will work with ITS Management leadership to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the IT and other departments seeking to use ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system
- Building service requests from customer requirements
- Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality to automate tasks
- Performs integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration
- Gathers specifications from the IT department and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented
- Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems
- Work with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed
- Analyzes and fully understands user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities
- Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
