Requirements
- Advanced ServiceNow experience with expertise in HRSD, ER, Employee Center Pro, AI, and current release
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to distill complex concepts and tailor communications to cross-functional audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping applications
