Requirements
- 5+ years experience in software development in ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience working on ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, Event Management), HRSD, ITSM Pro (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics)
- Possess advanced ServiceNow Technical skills - Business Rules, Script Includes, Client scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform maps, MID Server configuration
- Experience guiding junior developers
- Certified Servicenow Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM or HRSD or ITSM / Certified application developer
