As Sr. ServiceNow Developer, you’ll help design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting federal clients, specifically the US Department of State.
Requirements
- Have an ACTIVE Secret security clearance
- Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience, including experience with the Service Catalog module and creating custom applications
- Preferred 5+ years of ServiceNow Consulting
- Preferred 3+ years of Service Portal Development experience
- Work independently and as a technical team member
- Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
- Utilize an Agile/Scrum methodology to manage development work
- Advise functional and admin teams on design, development and overall ServiceNow best practices
- Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
- Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
- Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
- Facilitate and support the rollout of new applications and enhancements in ServiceNow
- Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
