Sr. ServiceNow Developer

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing service delivery processes such as order management, assurance, and orchestration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs, including REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including server-side scripting, client-side scripting, business rules, script includes, UI policies, UI actions, UI pages.
• Experience in modern engineering practices (DevOps, CI/CD, automation, APIs).
• At least one ServiceNow certification, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of telecom-specific service delivery practices and processes.
• Experience with TM Forum (TMF) Open APIs.
