Sr. Software Asset Management Analyst

Datasite is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Software Asset Management Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all software licenses are up-to-date and compliant with vendor agreements, identifying and mitigating risks associated with software licensing and usage, and achieving cost savings through effective license management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in IT asset inventory management
• 3-4 years of experience in licensing audit/true-ups and contract renewal
• Experience with and/or understanding of Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Solid understanding of Lifecycle management for Software and Licensing
• Experience with Jira Service Management and/or similar ITSM Suite
• Experience with Microsoft, Oracle, and Adobe licensing
• ITSM/ITIL knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and interpret data
• Excellent problem-solving and organization skills
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills
