As a Sr. Software Developer I, you’ll customize and configure ServiceNow IT System Management and Public Sector Digital Services functionality, ensuring it meets organizational requirements and aligns with best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on IT System Management (ITSM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), or related modules.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and integrations.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow tables, fields, and relationships, particularly within the ITSM/PSDS module.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
