ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Software Engineer to design and develop high-quality applications leveraging the industry-leading ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. The role involves designing and implementing software that is simple, intuitive, and easy to use, and collaborating with product managers and user experience designers to deliver delightful experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 5+ years of experience designing and building scalable reusable products/components
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Java, REST, XML, HTML and CSS
- Strong problem-solving, debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
- Solid understanding of data modeling and databases
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
