Sr. Staff Product Designer, CRM & Industry Worfklows

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Staff Product Designer to lead large, cross-product initiatives and deliver world-class product experiences. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional and innovative product design solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience in other related fields
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
• 10+ years of relevant design experience
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Experience in producing high-fidelity specifications for deliverables such as product design experiences, design languages, and frameworks across one or more domains or key strategic initiatives
