We are seeking a motivated ServiceNow developer to join our team as a Sr Technical Lead. The incumbent will be responsible for functional analysis, OOB configuration, technical development, and providing support for ServiceNow ITSM and custom applications.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in ITSM suite, CMDB & Asset Management modules
  • Strong experience in designing catalog items and developing complex workflows
  • Proficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs)
  • Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards
  • Experience with integrations of ServiceNow with external systems through REST/ SOAP/ IntegrationHub
  • Experience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI)
  • Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Minimum of 6+ years experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and development
  • Overall 6-8 years of IT experience
  • Experience in building and maintaining custom applications
  • Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodology
  • Ability to document technical specifications as user stories and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Self motivated with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to cross-train team members
  • Open to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modules
  • ServiceNow Cerified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
