We're looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager, Service Logistics to drive automation and process improvements within our Global Service Logistics organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a passion for streamlining processes, and a proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally with a focus on process automation and improvement.
- 3+ yrs experience with project management, including use of program management tools, such as Jira, Lucid, TestRail, SmartSheets or equivalent.
- Install Base experience is a bonus.
- Experience in Global Service Logistics systems and processes preferred.
- Deep understanding of Global Service Logistics management principles and practices.
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, & NetSuite preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a global logistics and supply or similar field.
