Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or Project Management (or equivalent years of training, work experience and education)
• 5+ years management experience to include: Implementing new processes and functions within an IT organization, Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, Proven ability to effectively drive change
• 4+ years of hand’s on IT Asset Management (hardware and software) experience in large complex organizations, Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow technology and ITAM module, Strong technical and ITIL service management background
