ServiceNow is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Quality Engineer to join the Advanced Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of professional experience in quality assurance, hands-on experience with testing machine learning systems, and expertise in automation frameworks. The role involves taking ownership of end-to-end quality deliverables for ML/AI products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience in quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with testing machine learning systems
- Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or custom-built solutions for ML workflows
- Experience leading quality efforts within a scrum team of 5+ QE engineers
- Ability to diagnose issues, come up with a strategy for relief, permanent fix and RCA and implement it
- Fluency in a programming language / scripting (e.g. Java)
- Experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git
- Experience with different testing techniques (e.g. performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths and weakness, and ability to use them to best effect
- Expert working knowledge and ability to use tools (such as IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools) to assist with daily tasks
