We are looking for a Staff Outbound Product Manager-CRM to help us scale as one of the fastest-growing business units at ServiceNow. The role involves creating high-quality enablement content, developing product roadmaps, and promoting the CRM product vision with industry influencers and partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management or related experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and craft compelling product messaging

- Base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits
