We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to help define product vision and lead the development of innovative Cloud Observability and analytics solutions for the ServiceNow Cloud. These solutions will empower internal operations and development teams by providing real-time access to service telemetry data, advanced machine learning capabilities, and improved developer productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a focus on Observability and Analytics solutions.
  • Experience building cloud-based products and understanding of SaaS delivery models.
  • Strong user research and product strategy skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to bring products to market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
