Staff Software Engineer

Join ServiceNow as a Staff Software Engineer and contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features. Work with the application engineering team to build high-quality, scalable, and reusable UI code. Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development with JavaScript
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Solid understanding of web security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
• Deep passion for JavaScript, the Web as a platform, and building reusable, component-driven architectures
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
• Strong design, collaboration and communication skills to work cross-team around the org
