As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will work with engineering teams and consultants to accelerate ServiceNow solutions and realize value by quickly improving the solution within real customer environments. You will drive high-visibility, mission-critical programs from original concept through final implementation and provide proactive, strategic perspective on improvements to the business, SDLC, or internal tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally supporting database teams who operate in a highly automated environment.
- PMI-ACP, Agile, or scaled agile certifications (SAFe SPC or RTE) and experience leading and coaching teams and release trains in scaled agile principles and practices.
- Track record of successfully coaching teams to establish/mature SDLC processes to improve delivery.
