Strategic Portfolio Manager - Technology Strategy & Transformation

Liberty Mutual is seeking a Strategic Portfolio Manager to join its Global Risk Solutions (GRS) Technology Strategy & Transformation team. This role involves steering the organization towards achieving its strategic objectives by optimizing portfolio management practices and ensuring effective governance of technology initiatives.

Requirements

• 10 years of professional experience with at least five (5) years in project or portfolio management, program management, or enterprise-level governance roles.
• Strategic and analytical skills with a proven track record of driving business growth through effective portfolio management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SPM tools like Shibumi, Planview, and ServiceNow.
• Expert-level ability in managing all aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time.
