Justworks is seeking a SUI Underwriting Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with knowledge of state unemployment insurance regulations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute on customer implementation, analyze business operations, and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis and established guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in underwriting or a related field.
- Knowledge of PEO and SUI preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and/or ServiceNow is a plus.
- Quick learner who can apply new concepts effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel, able to create, manipulate, and analyze complex spreadsheets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for problem-solving and helping others.
- Excited about working in an entrepreneurial environment and contributing to meaningful projects.
