Seeking a supervisor to manage and lead the day-to-day operational and build activities of the ServiceNow Data team, overseeing daily health checks, developing and presenting metrics, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience presenting to leadership
- Ability to lead a Service restoration call (SRT)
- Previous experience with OS or Application Patching and upgrades
- 2-4 years ServiceNow experience in CMDB, Discovery, APM and ITSM
- Previous experience working with a continuous improvement mindset
- Minimum of 5+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization
- Minimum of 5+ years leading build/run team members
- Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodology
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
- Good understanding Infrastructure (Servers, Databases, Network and cloud) and processes of Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
- Experience with GCP, VMWare, Azure or AWS Cloud Infrastructure
